Take Steps to Keep Your Medi-Cal

  1. Make sure that the Los Angeles Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) has your current contact information (mailing
    address, email address, phone number).
    You can call the Customer Service Center: (866) 613-3777 or – visit: www.BenefitsCal.com
  2. Check your mail or your BenefitsCal account for any updates on your Medi-Cal. You will receive:
    1. a “Renewal Packet” that you must complete, OR
    2. a letter telling you that your Medi-Cal has been renewed automatically. Lost your coverage or need help? Call Us 562-776-5033
  3. Complete and submit your packet – and turn in verifications (like pay stubs). Make sure to get receipts from DPSS!
